His global sales direction and market savvy helped take the super-premium lifestyle brand to the top retailers across the globe, while the brands' hand-in-hand approach to sales and marketing resulted in a tidal wave of unsolicited celebrity driven endorsements. Trunk, LTD reached a crescendo in 2006, ultimately resulting in the brands’ sale to the world’s largest live entertainment company, Live Nation Entertainment.
On the heels of such monumental success, Adam launched the apparel branding firm ADBD. With an equal mix of creative direction, sales and marketing strategy and branding expertise, Adam traveled the globe on behalf of his diverse roster of clients, re-structuring their operational processes and implementing trend appropriate direction. His in-sourced approach to brand building allows the platform necessary for upstart or downsized apparel companies to become both competitive and relevant.
In 2008, Adam was approached by Junk Food Clothing to restructure and run its global sales and marketing departments. Adam dedicated the next two and a half years to the role of VP of Sales & Marketing, creating a foundation for an unprecedented one hundred percent growth rate from a $30M company in 2008 to over $60M in 2010. A balanced distribution platform along with a strategic sales and merchandising plan allowed Adam to grow Junk Food Clothing into the pop culture phenomenon it is today.
ADBD currently works with a variety of brands, manufacturers, artists, licensors, buyers and international distributors in all aspects of brand development.
